Our offices are located on the island from Oléron, in France. Our warehouse from which your order is shipped is located in Rostrenen, in France. We also have a international warehouse is located in China.
Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Send us simply a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: Contact@loriele.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
